Come meet us crazy adventuring peoples.

Use the tabs below to jump along between our brief bio's.

Andrew and Brad are brothers, Matthew and Kate are siblings, Brad and Kate are married, Kate and Amy are the Australian Youth Leadership Team 2001, and Chris hmmm Chris is pretty cool, he is Amy's Friend.

Amy Bott Amy Bott
Amy is a gypsy at heart. Never in one place too long, I like meeting new people, seeing new things and experiencing all the world has to offer. From climbing volcanoes in Guatemala, to chasing lemurs in Madagascar, I am an adventure seeker and India is no exception. Bring on the Rickshaw, the Himalayas, the break downs and all the fabulous stories to tell when we come home.
Andrew Bevitt Andrew Bevitt
Andrew is a just a tad too crazy. A willing to try anything once philosophy always has Andrew in whacky situations and experiencing what most would consider bizarre. Responsibilities during the Rickshaw Run include being over organised, keeping the sun shining and counting the kilometers in binary (perhaps)... When he is not busy driving Rickshaws Andrew enjoys learning new stuff (random Wikipedia articles, Spanish, Saxophone), eating M&Ms, exercising off the M&Ms and crazy scheming.   Andrews Blog
Brad Bevitt Brad Bevitt I am a little disappointed that the Australian cricket team is touring India in November, not January, when we are there and that we are leaving Australia in summer, particularly Sydney (which is terrible all year until January when its warm and everyone leaves to go on holidays, which makes it pretty good). Apart from that i am looking forward to our holiday. I like papadums which is always helpful when going to India. I also look a little bit like Brett Lee so that could come in handy in certain situations (they love him over there). Andrew can you put a photo of me up, i can't do it.
Chris Favaloro Chris Favaloro
Chris is a Civil Engineer based in Sydney who likes to teeter between sheer brilliance and idocy (yet to touch on brilliance). An always willing to give something a go attitude and the ability to say "Hell Yeah" when Amo was asked to join the Rickshaw Run is how Chris came to be lucky last member in this Ricketty Shaw crew. You will likely find Chris passing time undertaking rickshaw mechanics and working in confined spaces or doing leg squats in preparation for the first undercooked chicken dish. Chris likes anything to do with the outdoors and having fun.
Kate Bevitt Kate Bevitt Kate is a a willing and wild participant in the Rickshaw Race. Sitting around a cafe on a Saturday night, we came up with the idea of doing something crazy, ridiculous and totally out of this world with Kevin Rudd's lovely $900. Now that we're actually about to do this thing, I'm actually starting to understand how crazy this really is. But what's life without a heck of a lot of spice. I'm a water-loving, volleyball-playing, piano-tinkling, crazy-haired gal, who is ready to use the rickshaw's horn like crazy. Bring it on!! a link - some other link
Matthew Reggers Matthew Reggers Matthew is .... a lazy man, to lazy to do this himself so i am going to have a go for him. Born in 1983, Matthew was always a high achiever. He spent many childhood hours practicing the clarinet and his crime fight skills. His hard work 'fruited' in 2001 when he topped his year 12, and again in 2005 when he got the university medal. Since then Matthew has continued in his path of high performance increasing interest rates wherever he can. Many a girl has been 'wooed' by his enormous charm and attractive eyes. Matthew is now focusing much of his attention on fishing, with the aim of taking out top fisherman at the inaugural Hawksberry Classic 2010. This veteran of India is ready for anything and is especially excited about the IFC. All in all a top guy with a big heart. PS looking forward to spending some time on the Doosa with you. .... outraged that someone would write his profile for him!

Last time India defeated Matthew.... this time Matthew returns to defeat India! He is going to attempt being a vegetarian for a few weeks so he doesn't get sick, but thinks not having meat for a few weeks is going to be worse than getting sick.... much, much worse. In his spare time Matthew enjoys visiting axis of evil countries (only Iraq to go!), fighting cybercrime, playing volleyball and basketball, and bludging.
