Google has, finally, set a date to move old FeedBurner accounts across onto the Google accounts setup. The migration process is pretty straight forward. Login to old feedburner account. Click transfer to Google account link at top. Wait. Have lunch. Whatever. Update your FeedSmith plugin.

1. Login to old feedburner account.
2. Click transfer to Google account link at top.
3. Wait. Have lunch. Whatever.
4. Update your FeedSmith plugin.

Simple.

Technically you don’t have to update the FeedSmith plugin address; but I did. If anyone new subscribes they will get the new redirect. For the existing 7 subscribers: the feed will continue to work. Or you can update it if you wish.
